Can pregnant women drink 360 Nutrition?
360 Nutrition has been used by many of our pregnant and nursing customers. But we suggest that you talk with your doctor before you drink 360 Nutrition or before taking any supplements to be sure you and your baby get the nutrients you both need.
Is 360 Shake safe to use if you have diabetes, hypertension blood pressure, thyroid issues or pre- or post-bariatric?
We've had no recorded side effects by clients while pregnant in the past or current, however we recommend that you consult your physician with your specific prenatal needs.
It is safe to use while breastfeeding.
If you have diabetes, our shakes are safe because they do not have any sugars. If you have hypertension blood pressure, our shakes are safe because they do not have any stimulants that would create any rapid heart rate. Mocha shake does have a trace amount of green coffee bean extracts (which is not caffeine but it is a natural stimulant) so we recommend our Chocolate, Vanilla or Strawberry shakes. If you have thyroid issues, our shakes support your weight loss diet, but we recommend you consult with your physician to see if this the right plan for you. If you are pre or post bariatric, our Shake is a better choice for you because you have to have a liquid diet for an extended period of time. Our 310 Shake gives you healthy nutrition and all the nutrients needed to support you while you are on your liquid diet, and they are sugar free.

What is the sugar, protein, carb, and fiber content of 360 Shake?
Sugar - 0 g. Sweetened with organic stevia leaf extract Protein - 15 grams of Tri-Plex, hormone-free, grass-fed whey protein Carb - 8 grams of carbs per serving (per scoop) Fiber - 5 grams of prebiotic fiber per serving (per scoop)
How many ounces is the package?
24 ounces (oz) per bag - almost 2 pounds
Does 360 Shake taste chalky?
It doesn't taste chalky but to maximize taste results, add more liquid to your shake - at least 12 - 16 oz. Since the protein that we use is Tri-Plex, it takes few minutes to really blend with the liquid you are mixing it with after you have shaken it up. You should let it sit and settle.

How quick will I see results after starting this program?
You could see the difference in your clothes within the first week IF you stick with this properly. Everyone is different so we cannot tell you exactly how much you will lose. Customers typically see a 10 lb weight loss per month.

How long will it take until I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund as soon as we get the product back although it may take up to 3-5 business days for your bank to show it on your account. My product did not come with my free book! The book is an electronic book that was sent to your email with your receipt. If you can't locate it, please email us at support@360nutrition.in so we can re-send it to you!
